Venue Policies
Please review before booking. These policies keep every HitQuarters experience running smoothly.
Booking Time
The reserved time is the full access period. Setup, decorating, load-in, soundcheck, event activity, cleanup, and teardown must all occur within the booked time.
Early Access
Early entry is not permitted unless additional time has been reserved and paid for in advance.
Event Boundaries
All guests and event activities must remain inside the rented HitQuarters suite and approved areas.
Parking
Parking may be available in nearby lots and along surrounding streets. Spaces are limited, and rideshare is strongly encouraged.
Vehicle Responsibility
Guests are responsible for securing their vehicles and belongings. HitQuarters is not responsible for theft, damage, towing, or parking violations.
Food and Drinks
Outside food and approved drinks may be permitted. Food and beverage plans must comply with venue policies.
Kitchen Use
The kitchen is for warming and serving approved food. Frying food is prohibited without advance written approval and may require an additional charge.
Sound Systems
Outside speakers and sound systems are not permitted unless approved in writing. HitQuarters sound equipment may be available as an add-on.
Walls and Surfaces
Tape, glue, nails, screws, thumbtacks, and adhesives may not be used on walls, furniture, or surfaces without prior approval.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the facility.
Trash and Cleanup
Guests are responsible for placing trash in the designated disposal area or dumpster after the booking.
Security Cameras
Security cameras may operate at entrances, parking areas, hallways, the live room, lounge areas, and other common areas. Cameras are not placed inside restrooms.
Damages
The booking party is financially responsible for damage caused by guests, vendors, contractors, or performers.
Payments
Deposits and booking payments are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated in the written agreement.
Overtime
Additional time is not guaranteed. Unauthorized overtime may result in additional charges.
Guest Conduct
HitQuarters reserves the right to end a booking if guests create unsafe conditions, damage property, disrupt neighboring businesses, or violate venue policies.
